What are my payment options?
We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard) and PayPal. When placing an order on-line, we ask that you fill out ALL the billing information fields with the correct information as to where you receive your bill. Availability of Items
If I see the item in stock does this mean it is available?
Yes. However, we maintain a live inventory on our web site, what you see on our site is usually what we have in stock. Like any other inventory systems, there are slight differences in what our inventory shows and what is actually on our shelves.
What if I did not receive my entire order?
We do not ship any order with less than 60% of the merchandise available without contacting the customer and receiving approval. You will only receive the items that we have in stock; other ordered items will be canceled. Note again, you will only be charged for the items that you receive. If you receive a partial order, your tax and freight charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Once I have made an order, has my credit card been charged?
All orders are handled individually and credit card accounts will not be charged until the product is available and ready to be shipped.
When will my order ship?
Edge of Insanity® Surf Co., Inc. will ship all orders within 72 hours of the order being placed. In most cases, orders will be shipped that day if placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time. You will receive a confirmation e-mail following your checkout. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact customerservice@edgeofinsanity.com.
What if I never receive my order?
Situations may occur causing a package to not be delivered. We ask that you e-mail customerservice@edgeofinsanity.com that includes your order number and we will get back to as quickly as possible.
Shipping
How much will my shipping charges be?
All orders will be shipped via UPS and are handled on an individual basis. When placing an order on-line you will get a shipping charge quote before you finish making the order. Over-sized shipping charges may be applicable to certain orders and will be added as necessary. All over-size charges will be applied only after the customer has been contacted.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You may place orders on-line 7 days a week 24 hours day! If you would like to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives you will need to e-mail us at customerservice@edgeofinsanity.com. We will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.
Edge of Insanity® Surf Co., Inc., will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. The only information we collect is the information given when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future.
What information do we collect?

- When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and will retain a record of your purchases.

No returns on washed or worn product.
